Every engagement is shaped to the audience and the moment. The formats below can stand alone or combine across a single day, so a booking can do the work of several.

In a complicated industry sector, Kirra works in an uncomplicated way. Kirra works to a flat minimum day rate, and that is where the value sits. The fee is the same whatever the day holds, whether that is a keynote, a masterclass, a workshop, a strategic advisory session, a podcast recording, a panel, or all of them in sequence. You are not buying a single talk. You are booking her time, her judgement and over three decades of international frontline experience for the day, and the day is built around what your audience or organisation needs most.

Most clients combine formats and draw far more from the booking than a single keynote would ever give them.
 

Half day: Minimum.Up to four hours on site or online. 

Full day: Up to seven hours on site or online.

The full day is where the rate works hardest, a keynote to open, a workshop to go deeper and a closed-door briefing for leadership, all under the one fee.

Online bookings can be split across multiple dates, so a single engagement can reach several audiences, year groups or teams rather than one room on one afternoon.
 

Every fee includes a pre-event briefing or strategic advisory call and content tailored to your audience and researched for your setting.
