Global Digital Safety and Strategic Advice.
Leveraging a 34-year career spanning cybersecurity, identity infrastructure, and digital risk, over the past 10yrs I have advised more than 1,200 organisations across five continents, including government departments, education systems, dioceses, public health networks, elite sporting bodies, and multinational organisations.
My work focuses on how institutions govern technology when the consequences are human. Schools, boards, regulators, and policymakers are now responsible for decisions that shape behaviour, safety, reputation, and wellbeing at scale — inside digital environments that were never designed with those responsibilities in mind.
This work spans policy, strategy, crisis response, governance design, and leadership education, helping institutions move beyond reactive approaches to digital harm and build systems capable of protecting people in an AI-driven world.
