My work has taken me from classrooms to parliament, from boardrooms to business schools. I’ve seen how “online safety” gets sidelined and I’ve worked to turn it into a core part of leadership, culture and systems design.
My clients include governments, education systems, schools and large organisations that need to align policy, culture and technology. I help them do that by reviewing policies, modernising curricula, designing escalation frameworks, and embedding safety-by-design into services from the ground up.I stay close to implementation.
I sit on boards and advisory groups, but I still show up for the hard conversations because systems only work if they make sense in real life.My work is global and adaptive.
I’ve supported teams and organisations across Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, Hong Kong, the UK, Indonesia, Europe and the US. The settings vary but the goal doesn’t: reduce harm, build capacity, and create environments that are safer and more respectful.
I also spend part of my time mentoring emerging leaders in this space people doing frontline work, running internal strategies, or quietly leading change inside complex systems. I support them to build strategic, technical and human capability so they can lead with clarity and care, even under pressure.
I am based in Florence, Italy with offices in London and Sydney.
